What it does
BaseScan inspects the land you have claimed and reports on how your base is doing. It shows what is inside it and flags anything that may be causing lag. Run /basescan (or /bscan) to scan your own bases and open the report menu.
Base Health
Each base gets a score from 0 to 100.
| Score | Status |
|---|---|
| 90+ | Excellent |
| 75+ | Healthy |
| 50+ | Warning |
| 25+ | Critical |
| Below 25 | Severe |
Points are lost when a base holds a lot of one thing, such as animals and mobs, villagers, hoppers, redstone, item frames or storage. A modest amount is always free, so ordinary bases score well.
The reports
- Storage, Entities, Villagers and Redstone reports break down what you have.
- Farm Detection spots farms it is confident about and marks unsure ones as possible.
- Block Breakdown and Problems list what is in your base and what to fix.
- History shows how your base changes over time, and highlights big jumps.
Good to know
- Only claims you own are scanned, and very small claims are skipped.
- One scan runs at a time on the server, so you may need to wait a moment.
- Scores are a friendly guide, not a punishment. They help you keep your base and the server running well.
